Unlike traditional Self-Funded Plans this plan is a fully funded plan. It provides a maximum the company or employee pays, is the monthly costs each month based on the number of employees covered under the plan regardless of the claims incurred during the Plan Year. 

You design the plan or plans you desire to provide to your employees. This may include HSA Plans and traditional PPO or HMO designed plans. 

You have a choice of Networks. This is especially beneficial if you have employees in multiple Cities or States.

 A Medicare Advantage plan is a health plan that offers Medicare Part A, Part B, and usually Part D coverage. It's also known as Medicare Part C or MA. 

 How does it work?    

• Private companies that contract with Medicare offer Medicare Advantage plans. 
• The plans are subject to Medicare rules. 
• Each plan can have different rules for out-of-pocket costs and services. 
• You may need to use doctors in the plan's network. 
• You may need a referral to see a specialist.

• Hospital, outpatient, and prescription drug coverage

 What are the costs?    

• You may pay a premium for the plan in addition to the Part B premium. 
• Costs for monthly premiums and services you get vary depending on which plan you join.

 A Medicare Supplement plan,  also known as Medigap, is additional insurance that helps pay for  medical costs not covered by Original Medicare. 

 You can buy Medigap from a private health insurance company. 

• Medigap helps pay for deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments. 
• You must generally have Medicare Part A and Part B to buy Medigap. 
• You pay a monthly premium to Medicare and a separate premium to the Medigap insurance company. 
• Medigap policies are guaranteed renewable, meaning they automatically renew each year as long as you pay your premium. 

•  Medigap plans can help cover out-of-pocket expenses like hospital stays, skilled nursing facilities, and hospices. 
• Most Medigap plans don't include prescription drug, dental, vision, or hearing coverage but may be added 

• No Networks. You may go to any provider as long as they accept  Medicare. 
• No Co-Pays 
• No Maximum out of pocket expense
